I own a panasonic sdr-h40. I do not have 'Pansonic VideoCam suite 1.0' loaded on my computer and unfortunately can only find 'update' only versions of the software which doesnt give me any help. How and where do I get the full software from the net.
I have the same problem. The CD-ROM was not in the camera package when I bought it last year. Did not need it until now so was trying to get disc from Panasonic -- Have just hung up with them (after many frustrating hours of tryting to get resolved) and told them I'll never buy another Panasonic product again.

I need to get this software as well since Panasonic is more than happy to sell me a new disk. Please let me know if it has been uploaded somewhere and if not I could proably put it on an FTP for a day or two so others can get it.

I lost the CD o videocam suite 1.0 and now i cannot install it on my new laptop. Trying to get it on the web, o9r communicate with panasonic, and it's not working. Any suggestions?
I also am missing the cd containing Video Cam Suite V.1.0. I sent an email to Panasonic and they responded with a phone number to call. I called the number and got a message saying they were having technical difficulties.
It shouldn't be this hard to find a piece of software.
