My razor has a blue screen that says bootloader usb init. The only responds I get is when I push the off button, then it goes to the hellomoto screen, and then back to the bootloader screen.

This is a generic problem of Motorola RAZR V3. This is a common problem caused in this phone when you are out of Warrenty and the at the same time there was a software upgrade on the Motorola site. This screen came because the phone was blocked from upgrading due to your out-dated Warrenty ( Because only phones having Warrenty can upgrade in Motorola ).
