Try resetting up the printer whilst attached to that machine and reinstall the printer driver.

ths is a coman problum in tv it is a two type of problum solonution
[1]check filament voltage on crt base and check filament is on if not then Resolder filament ragistance or replace with new
IF filament is OK then ......
[2] check screen voltage hight more then normal and see the screen H line on the screen then problum is vartical section then check or replace capaceter /registance /vartical IC

this problum is inside of tv-set
pls. check output voltage from EHT any one output daiode is sort /or open then check and replace with new
if ok then eht screen voltage reset from eht screen preeset and check h- line or blanck rester light
if H-LINE then check vartical B+ voltage /replace vartical ic. or capaciter

this problum is vartical stage in tv set pls check vartical stage capaciter or pf .

0.47um/63v Replace and first svr.menu to set vartical linyarity adj.
set V- hight is sum down sum 1" or 2 " after the set vartical linyarity V-line. set up to down and check the pictur. if not then Replce capaciter.

Check the electrolytic capacitors near this IC.. one or more of them may have either shorted or it's value may have changed signifcantly. Happens on olders sets .. they dry up due to heat if they are near a heat source like an transistor or IC mounted on a heat sync. Please give me the make and model of the TV.. there may be some known issues that I can look up for you. Also I need to know if the problem happend slowly or all of a sudden, hows the sound etc... give me as much information as you can.

vertical circuit not working

It just click ON and OFF, right? If you hear the hight voltage noise tring start, may be the Tv has bad vartical IC or regulator IC. If you have no experience with electronic you will need a technician to halp you.
