If it is brand new, it is under warranty. Did you read the manual. Did you put water in it? Did you Prime it by pressing the tiny hidden button in the cabinet? Bottom Mount, Top Mount? Model Number so I can read the manual for you? :>D

Having the model number is useful in these questions.

According to this, a red flashing light means the water is heating. If it never goes to steady red, it may indicate that the heating element may have failed.

Does water cut off by itself or does it have to be cut off at faucet for it to stop? Replace water valve if it has to be cut off at faucet

I ve glacier bay hot/ cold water dispenser - new product. Cold water is coming but no hot water. Water is not coming. What have I to do it is a week old machine.

Mine was beeping after it overflowed. I could not figure out why, but my husband did. The beeping noise is a warning that your holding tank is too full. Just dispense some of the water and it will shut off.

unplug for couple of minutes for thermostat to reset then plug it back
