I bought an older stove from the gentleman, got home didn't realize it needed a cord. Looking around I see no place to hook it up. I've even looked at the diagram and there's nothing there.

you've taken the correct steps to start. Please attempt to slide some parts of the magic chef to the side. Also, look on the bottom of the device. If all else fails, please call magic chef to find out where the cord might be plugged in.
