Hi i have a hisense 58 inch smart tv the power button just flashes red we had changed the back lights then the tv would work for 2 days and go out again what is the problem that it keeps going off

Did you replace the backlight strips with new ones or ones taken from a used broken screen TV?

    It's possible you received a defective strip but that very seldom happens. Check the connections going to the strips, I've had the same thing happen a couple times where one wasn't all the way into the connector and worked for a few hrs to a few days then quit. If that's not the issue it could be either a main or power supply issue. There are some tests that can be made to figure out what board is bad however I think you will find it's just a bad connection

Where would the fuse be located on my 55 inch hisense tv

Unplug the TV's power cord and hold the power button directly on the tv ,keep holding it for 20 secs or so then let the tv sit unplugged for a couple of minutes before you try it again.

Two things, first check if the power supply of the tv is in good order, second, has to be your inverter, this is the circuit of the backlight. Thank,s good Luck.
