If the picture on the TV is upside down, press the Menu button, then check the following:

You need to activate the service menu (instructions for your Hisense model can be found on the web, eg https://factory-reset.com/wiki/Hisense_S... then go to "DESIGN", then "SETUP" and "FLIP" and set to "NO".
(Of course, the menu is difficult to read, because the letters are the other way around. But it can be handled.

Flip the TV over! Just kidding!! When you installed the main board was it identical to the old main board? If so, you might want to look at the old board and ensure there are no jumpers that needed to be set on the new board. Some companies make generic control boards for tvs but have different jumper settings for different models. The jumpers are just little black blocks that connect different pins to each other on top of the circuit board.

If you select "source" on your remote then enter 7343 it will bring up a factory menu. Go down to 'Other setting' , the setting 'scaler output' should be set to "Normal". This setting flips the display.

this company has went out of business at least 2 times--They are in China and parts are for the most part non-existent.
Likely that problem is on main board (the large and most expensive board in the set.
A simple check to see if sound is present when using a DVD etc also will confirm if via rear jacks if problem in set or not.
