If the picture on the TV is upside down, press the Menu button, then check the following:

? If the Menu is displayed correctly the problem would be a setting within the external source or a signal issue. Please contact the manufacturer of the external device for further assistance.

? If the Menu is also displayed upside down, then the TV will require service..

To NOEL: ? If the Menu is also displayed upside down, then the TV will require service..

    DOES NOT NEED SERVICE!

You need to activate the service menu (instructions for your Hisense model can be found on the web, eg https://factory-reset.com/wiki/Hisense_S... then go to "DESIGN", then "SETUP" and "FLIP" and set to "NO".
(Of course, the menu is difficult to read, because the letters are the other way around. But it can be handled.

SOURCE: I have an insignia 46" tv I replaced the main board, the tv works except the picture is upside down, what will correct this problem

Flip the TV over! Just kidding!! When you installed the main board was it identical to the old main board? If so, you might want to look at the old board and ensure there are no jumpers that needed to be set on the new board. Some companies make generic control boards for tvs but have different jumper settings for different models. The jumpers are just little black blocks that connect different pins to each other on top of the circuit board.

If you select "source" on your remote then enter 7343 it will bring up a factory menu. Go down to 'Other setting' , the setting 'scaler output' should be set to "Normal". This setting flips the display.

SOURCE: No sound on Hisense LTDN24V86US 24 LCD TV. Tried headphone jack still no sound.

this company has went out of business at least 2 times--They are in China and parts are for the most part non-existent.

Likely that problem is on main board (the large and most expensive board in the set.

A simple check to see if sound is present when using a DVD etc also will confirm if via rear jacks if problem in set or not.

Your main board is defective if there is no audio and after you have checked all the input/output sources connections.

Hisense LCD Tl2020

I, also, have the Hisense LCD 1504 and cannot turn it on with the original remote. I have to use the ON button on the side every morning. You have to hold this button in for a while then wait a while and presto, the blue button shows on the front and the picture comes on. If it fails to work the first try, just try try again. It does work for me this way. We had this same experience with the TV in our room at a Hotel where we were on vacation and the TV worked fine when we turned it on using the side ON button. It just takes a while for the picture to appear. Hope this clue will help someone.
