I have a samsung un55d6003sfxza smart TV that is non responsive to touch pad or remote and now has no sound.

1) Make sure nothing is covering the infared receiver spot on the TV. Might be something that simple.
2) Try a "universal" remote -- under $10 many places.
3) If you haven't done this already, unplug TV for a minute or two and when you plug it back in, may reset.
4) Contact manufacturer via their web site for help.

go into your android phone and go into bluetooth and go into bluetooth settings on your smart tv know the bluetooth name in your smart tv,check it on your android and pair both

go to the menu on your smart tv and reset your tv. also update your software thru the menu. if you are not sure how to do this check your user manual. also buy a wireless usb keyboard to make getting around the menu rather than the remote control. make sure that the wireless keyboard has a touch pad too.

With your remote, go into Menu. Then scroll down to setup and press the right arrow. Scroll down with the down arrow until you reach General and press the right arrow again. Scroll down once on Slide Key and press the right arrow. Now turn this feature on if not already. If the slide key does not slide out then consult Samsung for repair.

1. No power to the washer
Make sure there's power getting to the washer. Check for a tripped circuit breaker or a blown fuse. Check the wall socket for power. Sometimes the power cord disconnects at the washer, if this is the case, the wiring must be repaired or replaced.

2. Lid switch
The washing machine may not function if the lid switch is defective. The switch is usually located near the door. Replace if found defective.

If all the above checks out OK, replace the touch pad.
