It looks like the Soltek website doesn't exist anymore. You'll need to do a Google Search for your specific model of motherboard to find the correct drivers for it. (Softpedia, Driverguide, Opendrivers)

Well if your motherboard doesn't have onboard SATA adapters, then you must buy a PCI add-on card or a converter to go from SATA down to IDE. Pretty cheap at web sites like Newegg or Mwave.
Yes, the DFI AK75-AL motherboard has a VIA KT-133A chipset which is compatible with a FX5200 videocard, but not at the full 8x AGP speed (as the videocards supports) but only at 4x AGP speed (maximum speed supported by the motherboard).
PS: Make sure you use the newest motherboard BIOS en VIA chipset drivers to ensure compability.
