Stopped recording incoming messages, doesn't ring with incoming calls, had it for 126 days and SEARS refused to return it, can't find factory return warranty information.



So far I took the phones to Sears and was told to exercise the 1 year factory warranty.



How do I do that without an addrerss?



I'll contact VISA and see what they recommend.



I have all of the purchase receipt information.

The light on the base flashes when another phone on this line rings, but this phone does not ring and cannot be used to answer the call. If I unplug the battery in the handset and plug it back in, the phone works for another day, before the problem returns.
