You can call Asus and buy a new CD at 1-812-282-2787 US.
Or you can download the drivers directly from Asus and burn the drivers to CD/DVD-ROM disk. Link to Asus motherboard M2M-MX SE; http://www.asus.com/Search.aspx?SearchKey=m2n-mx%20se
It's an ASUS motherboard, and the only places to get a replacement are ASUS, or if you're lucky, you might find a motherboard on eBay.
However, a laptop motherboard is not a "user-replaceable" part.
Just "trash" the laptop, and buy a new one at a "Boxing Day/Week Sale" at the local big-box computer/electronics store -- it will cheaper than paying ASUS for a replacement motherboard.
the socket of you processor is lga775, the graphics port is agp and it support DDR I , so you need to buy a motherboard that has the exact specifications.
my advice is to continue with asus. you could buy an Asus P5P800/ P5S800 that is compatible with your previous motherboard. there are also some good models from asrock and they may be cheaper than asus.
the problem with this type of motherboard is that they are expensive because that are not in use.
buy any motherboard BUT asus. asus tech support is rubbish. i run my system on an ASROCK motherboard. excellent boards, 2500mhz bus, can handle any cpu, most have 4 ram slots.
