Receiver Overload error message

How can I solve overload problem?
I also get an overload displayed on my RCA Professional Series Receiver when the db get over 30 or 40. Unit cuts itself off. Is this a prolem that can be fixed, or does the unit need to be replaced?

Disconnect all speaker wires at the receiver, then turn it on and up. If it stays on, check your speaker wires one by one, then check your speakers one by one. If it still cuts out with nothing attatched, it needs serviced or replaced.

Rca receiver overload message

Power the unit off , Disconnect all the speakers ,power the unit back on and check to see if you get the same message, if so one or all of your speakers could be bad. This message appears when there is too much load on the output IC's,generally causes shutdown. Also try blowing the system out with canned air, And removing anything that prevents the unit from getting enough ventilation.

Pioneer receiver overload

The "Overload" message usually involves the speakers or the speaker wires. Disconnect the speaker wires and make sure that they aren't frayed or damaged. (When you reconnect them, make sure that no loose wire touches the receiver case, speaker or another wire.) Replace any damaged wire. Make sure that none of your speakers have a lower impedance than the receiver can handle. (Most Pioneer systems have a 8 ohm limit.)

If the message persists, turn off the system. Disconnect one speaker at a time and try turning on the receiver and turning up the volume. If the error disappears when one speaker is removed, that speaker may be damaged and needs to be serviced. Do not reconnect the speaker to the receiver until it is fixed.

I hope this helps.

Pioneer amplifier vsx-d512 overload message

This indicates the audio output stage in the receiver is loading down and triggering the overload protection circuit to kick in. Check the speaker wires for shorts, if okay! you will need a professional to assess the cost for repair.

My technics receiver stop playing, and display an overload message. what do you believe the is the problem ?

If you are getting an overload problem, it indicates an output load issue. Turn receiver off! remove speaker wires from the back of the unit, this will reset the protection circuit. Now power up and turn your volume right down, If the word overload stays off it means there is a short in the wire or speaker. But! if the word overload comes on "even with the wires and speakers dis-connected" it indicates a short in one or more of the audio output ic's or transistors.

Have recently had an "overload" displayed. Have

HI:
Usually receivers go into overload due to a bad speaker make sure you disconnect the speakers also to make sure its overloading from a bad speaker. If the unit still shows overload even with all speakers disconnected, then your main amplifier output has a short usually a shorted output transistor is the cause. Unplug the speakers one at a time to and turn the unit on after disconnecting one of the speakers , to determine which speaker is at fault.

Display shows overload and receiver shuts down

This means that one (or maybe more) of the amplifiers is shorted. Remove all speakers cables and try again. If you get the same message that means that one (or more) amplifiers is fried. To find which and why you will have to open the unit and test the amplifiers.

Blow all the dust out of the unit with compressed air to prevent over heating (overload)

Message on screen 8E, Motor won't start on spin cycle. Model no Q1435(C/S/V)

This is what I found:
11. OVER CURRENT ERROR - Display shows 8E .
- IPM fault signal (that is caused by the overload of MICOM INT0 during motor action) is sensed.
IPM : Integrated power module. , IPM controls motor.
- If the fault signal (low signal) happens to be sensed even one time during cleansing/rinsing stage,
the motor stops immediately. However, during dehydrating stage the signal is to be sensed
when the number of signal is more than 6 for 500ms.
- During Cleansing or Rinsing
When the overload is sensed, the motor stops immediately and then proceeds to the next water-flow action.
If the stopping of the motor working is happens in one direction ten times,
"8E" Error is displayed.
- During dehydrating
When the overload is sensed, the motor stops to work at once and then feeds back to the initial
stage of the dehydration unbalance sensing.
When the feed back is continuously happened 2 times, "8E" Error is displayed
During the dehydrating unbalance sensing, No error happens by overload sensing.
When it happens at more than 800rpm, the process is stopped compulsorily.
-Power S/W Off can clear the overload error.
in short: imbalance problem
In a german forum one guy solved the problem by replacing the motor electronics. I am currently experiencing the same problem. I keep you posted.
