Hard reset the CK 3100 by pressing all three buttons for two seconds and then pressing them a second time, a warning should indicate that you are about to reset all settings
Hold the answer and hangup buttons down for 5 seconds {press red and green and hold} the parrot kit will then tell you it is erasing memory then it will say ready for pairing, Turn on your bluetooth on your phone do a search find and select parrot.Enter default code 1234 when prompted as a pin.
I could not pair the Blackberry Curve 8520 with the Parrot CK3100. After looking at the Parrot website, I saw that the Blackberry was actually supported, so it SHOULD work.
Then I found the solution: the Parrot had already too many other phones paired (4 or so), so it could not pair an additional one. After removing the other phones from the Parrot pairing list, the Blackberry paired without a problem. SOLVED!

2. Pressed all 3 buttons at once. Parrot CK3100 screen lit up and buttons lit up after about 5 secs. Turned car engine off. Parrot switched off. Turned car on again.
3. Went to settings, advanced settings, pair device (and also switched on iPhone bluetooth) and tapped Parrot CK3100 on the iPhone screen (which had now appeared) - phone connected.
