Memory full on Parrot CK3100

You have to update the firmware to clear the memory (although it also implies there is a reset option)

You will need to go to setting / paired devices / select the phones you want to remove / then select delete. Hope this helps.

go to SETTING / PAIRED DEVICES / move onto a paired device and press the middle button , then scroll down to delete and press middle button, then press green to confirm.

regarding the memory full on the message:

Ck3000, you have to press the remote control both buttons red and green at the same time to delete the memory of the kit.

The ck3100, just go to settings -> paired device and check cause there is up to five phones already paired to the kit, select and delete.

My parrot CK3100 conects to my phone but keeps saying memory full when i try to transfer phonebook

settings, paired devices, delete. the parrot will only allow 5 paired devices.

Use parrot sw update with a computer. Connect your computer to parrot via bluetooth and complete update. Delete all old paired devices too.

delete all previous paired devices before trying new phone, memory will be full. Let us know phone make and model if this dont work.
