Forgot lock code

default code is 000000 or 1234, if problem persist write IMEI number and explain wich kind of lock it has (network lock, security code, or other kind of lock)

1) there are good solutions to this already on the site. from the "Motorola W315 Cellular" page, under "Troubleshooting and Support" click "View All"
2) the 3 best codes to try first are: last 4 digits of phone number, then 1234, then 0000.
3) you can reset the code by entering *228 and pressing send, then waiting about a minute for the phone to progam (dont hang up till you get the strange beep) This will reset it to the last 4 digits of your phone number.

Best thing to do is reprogram your phone. depending on who your service is through, it will most likely be *228 send

press *228 then hit send when you hear a recording hit 1 the wait when it says : programming sucsessfull hit ok. then it should go back to the "enter lock code" screen. enter the last 4 digits in your phone # and it should be back to normal
