How to create a password to a folder in xp

First, make sure you have a password when you login to your computer.
Right click the folder you want to protect.
Click "Properties"
Click "Sharing" tab
Place a check mark on the box that says "Make this folder private"
Click "Apply"
If you don't have a password assigned to your account, there will be a popup box that will ask you to assign one. It must be done if you want to make the "Folder" private, Click "Yes". You will then use the password when you logon to your computer.
To confirm it, Click the "Create Password" button and close the password window. Click OK.
The password will then be asked eveytime somebody tries to access your private folder.
