Try adjusting the frequency cut off of the sub and also play with the gain control on the sub. Turn your system up to where your front speakers are sounding as you like. Then try adjusting the sub to match the fronts so you have a good balance and blend.
I wanted to add that you may not be able to get a perfect match at low and at higher volumes due to differences in speaker efficiency. Some speakers need to have more or less power to them for them to sound good. So try getting the balance that sounds good by adjusting your controls on the sub and on your amp.
