For Harwa (also branded Logik) 54cm colour TV with remote RC-A07 showing blue screen with red lock in the corner, hold down "music" button on remote for 10 seconds to unlock.
Press and hold the Start pad for 5 seconds until "Control Lock" appears on the display. Repeat to unlock, and "Control Lock" will disappear from the display.
When not in a setting mode, pressing and holding UP & DOWN keys for 3 seconds, the key pad is locked. After setting it, the LOCK icon will be displayed on LCD to indicate that key pad has been locked and all the keys are disabled. At that case, the remote won't send out any codes. The LOCK icon on the LCD flash 3 times, 0.5 seconds for ON, 0.5 seconds for OFF, and press & hold UP & DOWN keys for 3 seconds, the remote is un-locked.
When the shooting information display is shown, press the [i] button (the bottom one on the left) to switch to the quick settings display. Use the cursor pad to select the shooting mode (fifth item from the top along the right edge) and press OK. Use the cursor pad to select one of the two release modes. The quick response remote mode (marked with an icon of the remote control) fires the shutter when you press the button on the remote. The delayed remote mode (marked with the remote icon and "2s" gives you two seconds to hide the remote behind your back before firing the shutter.
Full details are "Releasing the Shutter" section of the manual (starting on page 54 in my copy).
This would indicate a child lock protection is switched on which would stop you from using the manual control buttons. Usually this can be switched off from the remote control via a lock button or go into the set up menu & look for a child lock setting & then toggle it to OFF.
I found this online somewhere and it cleared my problem.
(my problem was a blue screen that said my input was locked enter in your code using the 10 key pad. Both inputs were locked, I used the steps below and it cleared it. We are now watching a dvd for the first time in months!) Thank you Bob Waterman whoever you are!)
