i have a panasonic pv-gs31 camcorder.can u give idea ,how to transfer video from camcorder to pc.....
Yeah get a capture card and a y plug in for the camera, 2 RCA ends and one head phone jack to plug into the front of the camera
Hello yeah that should be a east task to go over, umm you would first have to have a proper usb cable that fits, then plug that into your computer just like tranfering anything else plug it up then everything else should be self exsplnitory.
I also have windowsmoviemaker on my computer it comes with alot of computers who have windowsxp etc check if you have that program and it will be even eaiser for you they will teach you how to tranfer video to your computer.

do you know if i can take my camera apart to whip the water spot off my lenese?

I can record only the video clips from the DV tape to my PC movie maker. I don't know how to capture the audio portion of the tape. Can you help?
I too have the same problem.
Steps which i followed is.. kept the Camcorder in PC mode and connected the Camcorder DV port to my Laptop USB port through a DV cable. But i see nothing is happening.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
