Hello, Have you tryed calling the cust support for this program? The number should be on the manual that was received with the software.

The puk code is a security code that needs to be punched in on your keypad usually when you have put the wrong pin number in too many times. The puk number usually is displayed on the starter pack card that yoour sim card came with...find that card with all the sim details on ...read the puk off the card and punch it in...after that you will be able to put your normal pin number in

punch the four digit code into the radio then punch auto, and the security system should be activated

However, if you registered your phone with your phone company they should be able to unblocked.

Your tv is switched on and locked , blue screen and shows keys. A tv with activated child lock can only be unlocked after an 4-digit code is punched in.
Reset of child lock is as followed :
Determain chassisnumber type on type plate on the back of TV.
example: CUC xxxx ( xxxx = 4 digit number).
