Hi Jennifer,

When you say that you are unable to play , do you mean its not loading ? unable to install it? do you get a specific error message when you try to launch it ?

if your using windows XP , make sure that you have Windows XP (Home & Pro) SP3 and the rest of the specs mentioned above.

Read the design software's readme and system requirements.  If that doesn't help: Ask. Punch.

A fix for my setup (Windows Vista, Dell Latitude D530, Mobile Intel Chipset 965 Express) was to reduce the screen's colour depth from 32 bit to 16 bit. Do this via Control Panel->Adjust screen resolution.

I am not sure what Punch Plat you are using, however these are some notes and solutions that may help
1 - Crown moldings in Punch don't slope
2 - Ceiling beams --> check your Power Tools--> If your version has the Celing designer, you can use this tool to create the beams--> or use solution # 3
3 - Ceiling beams --> you can cevelop them in the 3D Workshop Power Tool --> set the pitch--> texture as necessary
4 - You will find ready to use beams in --> Obejcts--> Faux Wood beams

Looks like your design is under the 0.00 level
Check the elevation of your drawing (walls, floors, etc)

I found I needed to change the user to a Power User and it solved the initial error problem.
