try performing the system reset and autotune as it may be picking up time only from a time server once it has a good connection to digital transmitters, hence if not good connection will not get time and remain in that state, check that your arial connection is good also
I have purchased 2 Pure Radios (Mio &Evoke Flow) and have had the eact same problem you mention. It is definately a bug with the radio.
I have had the Mio replaced twice and the Evoke Flow once. 6 months later I had the same problem and took it back and got a credit. I would not trust this brand any longer...
I've seen a few (Pure & other brands) like this.No communications between the micro and the dab module . could be either thats at fault.. Doubt it would be an economic fix. sorry.
U have cable's or dish's boxs?unplug,replug the box for the software to down load to upgrade.Unplug,replug the tv.Go to the menu set for Air or Cable then rescan all channels
