well assuming you loaded music on your sd card:
to find it, just go to mystuff....
menu, mystuff, center button, it should load the mini sd right there. then all you have to do is click over right and file explore the mini sd. you should put music in the music file.
another option on the phone.....
go to att music
menu, upper left icon, center button, music player, it should find all files.

Definitely your Micro SD Card has a problem. might be ita a virus problem.
Try to format it by your Computer not by your Phone. If you have a AntiVirus scan your Card and then try to format it.
if you are not successful in one chance Don't afraid at all, try it three or four times by removing and then inserting the Card again in the Computer........

Basically, when you buy music from online stores such as iTunes, RealRhapsody.... they are actually DRM protected content and you will not be able to play them on mp3 players which do not support their formats.
