I cannot get the correct time on my firestick.. ive gone into settings, time zone , added correct zip code and it still gives me the wrong time if i ask what time is it

Slide the switch with a lock, wake 1, wake 2 and clock to the clock position. Using the backwards and forwards buttons get time to the correct time. When correct time is reached, slide the switch to the lock position. Time will now be set.

I've had this problem before, and always fixed it by going through setup again, setting the zip code to another zipcode nearby, and turning it off overnight. By the next morning the time has fixed itself. This is the only thing that has worked for me consistently.

Yes indeed they have a drop down list box of countries that includes Philippines but they also probably don't give services here on the Philippines.
