Mistaken to key in number in closing the safe. .its automatic reset, key lost. .is there any default number to open the safe.
No there is no default code, if there was all alphamax safes would be useless, your only option is a locksmith.

Perform the following procedure to enter the simulation mode.

I have a similar problem as I have acquired (last night) a similar Woolies safe, locked, batteries dead & keys do not work. I am told you may be able to reset the code if you can depress the red button on the back of the door from the back of the safe through one of the bolt holes, easier said than done! Needs a stiff piece of wire or thin steel... good luck I will try this technique soon. These instructions were found by surfing the Net...

Only through a licensed locksmith. Provide the key numbers and possibly even take the safe to him/her as proof of ownership. Locksmiths have to record all attemots to open safe's or maling f keysto the police.
