Batteries are dead and I've lost the keys. Its an old electronic digital safe and I have the key number that goes with it. Know where I can get replacement keys or if its cheap enough to have professionally picked and opened to change the batteries?

Only through a licensed locksmith. Provide the key numbers and possibly even take the safe to him/her as proof of ownership. Locksmiths have to record all attemots to open safe's or maling f keysto the police.

Please provide a rating for my help++++Thanks for using FIXYA

Your solution is the same as the one you posted within. Use a locksmith. Safes are a security matter and all openings are recorded to ensure you are the right person to be opening it. A 100 point check is required. Fixya cannot supply master code information on these issues.

Your answer is the same as the one i posted for the question you posted within. Use a locksmith. A 100 point identity check will be required as proof you are the owner. The police form will be filled out before the safe is opened.

Fixya cannot supply master codes for these situations.

Batteries dead and no key, has number 883203 on it, perhaps model number, help please as i don't know how to get in to put new batteries in and no instructions

If the container is locked with dead batteries to the electronic lock and no key then you wont be abel to replace the batteries as they have to be replaced from the backside of the door. It was a common problem that I would run into when I worked as a service tech and the only option is to drill the container.

My keys lost and the battery dead for my electronic/ digital safe ? where can I get help ? I am located in Singapore.

Heat the safe - not too much then try code again. This will help the batteries to recover a bit. Give it a try,

I have a Hardline Electronic Digital safe. The battery apparently went dead and I lost the key. Please help

well -- if you have lost the key, you can take the serial number of the safe into any loccksmith shop and they will be able to call the safe company and get the key code and cut you a new key.
also -- look on the front of the lock cylinder itself and see if there are any numbers imprinted on the lock and with those numbers the locksmith might also be able to look up the key code and cut the key. the cost of this will be around 15 dollars.

The batteries of my powersafe TR 36 are dead and I don't have any key. What can I do to open the safe? Urgent! Thank you in advance!

I know this post is months old, maybe you didn't open your safe yet or maybe someone else could use the advice.

The batteries are no inside the safe because of this reason, that you should be able to change them if they run dry.

Under the key panel is a long plastic panel. You can slide it to the right and underneath you find the battery compartment.

Digital Electronic Safe Lockbox Gun Jewelry Lock Box Tool: lost key: Sentry 1100 strong box....

To order replacement keys, for small chests and files, you will need to know the key numbers which can be found right around where the key goes in. It should be a stamped number, letters, or both located around the keyhole. For Personal, Home and Home/Office Safes, you will need the model number and serial number. I think that the most economical place to buy keys is from www.SentrySafeShop.com. You can do a search for "lost keys" and it will give you a screen where you can enter your model number and key number. (It is a very easy screen to use. They just need 1.)Model # and 2.)Serial or Key #.)

In Summary:
For Small Chests or Files: A lock reference number is required. It will be a letter, a number, a letter and number, or "blank" (no letter or number), engraved/located on the silver cylinder of the lock. These are model numbers 0500, 1100, 1170, etc...

For Personal, Home and Home/Office Safes: (model numbers will begin with: S0, S3, S4, S5; I0, I3, I4, I5; A3, A4, A5; J3, J4, J5; L0, L3, ,CS,CSW,DA,DS,KS,KSW,MS,MSW,OA,OS,and SC): Indicate your model number and the safe serial number found on the front right-hand side of the door, between the hinges.

The wrong number was input and now we can't get into the safe, we don't have a key for it, and the batteries seem to be flat. What can we do? The safe is an electronic digital safe GX B0709

You don't know the combination code, and you don't have a key? Or you know the right combo code, but the batteries are dead? If you have the right code, and the batteries are near-dead, try the jiggle suggestion...put the safe on you lap, put in the correct combo, and jiggle the safe while turning the latch. Might work.
