Try tightening the little screw that holds the shank on the machine.

That's the problem seized up use a penetrating oil from the top and work it up and down and it should free up

if your machine is like mine the bobbin is not filling right. My bobbin thread is very loose when it should be tight. I am also looking for bobbin solutions. If I wind the thread around the thread tension guide 2 or three times it keeps the thread tight going to the bobbin winder. I hope this helps

Euro-pro 9130c. Sewing not moving forward. Stitching in one spot. How do I correct so fabric and stitching moving?

The feed dogs might be lowered, or the stitch length might be set to zero, or the presser foot tension might be very light.by
Check the feed dog lever first.It is at the back near the free arm. If it is ok, test the feed dogs by setting the stitch length to maximum on straight stitch, then, with the presser foot raised and no material or top thread in the machine rotate the hand wheel towards you and watch the feed dogs. They should move up, then towards you then down then back in cycles. I have a euro-pro 605 sewing machine and it seams to to locked.the needle will not move. the motor runs but can not turn the needle.

Silly answer but make sure you bobbin winder is disengaged and that your foot lever is up. :-)
