Go into settings and change the date so it is right. Set it to use internet time or how ever it asks that question. Then restart tablet and try to register again.
make sure the new device is registered with amazon. For the galaxy, install the kindel application from the store, then execute it. This will prompt you to register the device. Next log into your amazon account online, go to manage kindle content (option at the bottom of the page), which will display all your books. You can then select which books you want to download/deliver to the new device.
Sorry, but FIXYA can't process your claims with unspecified website service providing you dowl?oadable ebooks.
Maybe if you could reformulate your question indicating WHERE you bough your ebook, someone might help you
Not sure this will manage all questions in one answer, but you could start here, where Amazon offers support for the Kindle fire and accounts: Fire Kindle Echo Support
Register Your Kindle
Register your Kindle to your Amazon account to buy and deliver Kindle content to your device.
To buy and deliver Kindle content, you'll need to connect wirelessly and register your Kindle to an Amazon account. Registering also allows you to transfer purchases between Kindle devices and Kindle reading apps.
From Home, press the Menu button, and then select Settings. Select Registration.
Specify the Amazon account you want to use for your Kindle:
If you already have an Amazon account: Select this option. Enter the e-mail and password associated with your Amazon account. Select Register. Your name will appear as the Registered User when registration is complete.
If you do not have an Amazon account: Select this option and follow the on-screen instructions to set up a new Amazon account.
If you bought it on your Amazon account it is already registered.
If you are registering for the first time then you just use your normal email and password you use for Amazon every day.
If you have bought a second hand Kindle then the previous owner needs to de-register it. If they have not done it then you may need to log into the amazon site on your pc, call their help desk and give them the FIre serial number. They should be able to force a re-set assuming it has not been lost/stolen, in which case they may have locked it and you have a paperweight :(
I have changed the account on the fire hd many times when My Grandma let my mom borrow it. Just go to your Kindle and swipe down the tool bar. Then click "More" and then "My account" and then "De register". You should be able to then register a new user.
