My sylvania lc320 will not power up it turns to green but then goes immediately back to read???

My sylvania 32 LC320SL1 HDTV tv will not turn on it stays in standby and when I click the power button the power light flash around ten times then the screen flashes on and says digital television in the bottom right then goes back into standby its make a click sound as it goes from power on to standy by

lori2scott...did you ever solve your problem? Mine is now doing he same thing and I dont know what to do. Thx pwest17

Most likely has bad capacitors on the power supply, but there is a troubleshooting process one can do with the back open to isolate the bad board. You can open the TV and look for swollen caps.
Boards cost about $100 each so its important to guess correctly

It may have shorted or failed power supply circuits, or shorted out the backlight inverter board, you will have to open it up and inspect the inside. It goes into shutdown to protect itself right now from further damage. Look at the power supply and the backlight inverter.

My screen turned black in the middle them spreaded out to cover the whole screen also i have no sound. It reacted like that twice now its completely gone after 6mths.

will turn on tv with remote. stays on green for about 1 second and goes back to red.
