Yes. You just need to do a simple carburetor cleaning. Disassemble the carb. and spray with carb. cleaner. Make sure the small screen is in carb. is free of debris. Use a Den Tek Brush,(http://www.dentek.com/shop.php?target=products&product_id=7), to clean the small portals in the carb.
If you need further assistance, just let me know.

Your drive motor is over heating. Usually caused by friction from the walk belt. The belt needs to be lubricated. (silicone only) Loosen the adjusting screws on the rear of the macine ten revolutions lift up the belt and using a spray silicone lubricant (from any big retailer) spray a light film on the deck (walk board). Retighten the adjusting bolts ten revolutions. If this does not help I would suggest replacing the walk belt. Good Luck, Tim

it is possible that the needle & thread are not compatable
here's how to check
Cut 6-8 inch piece of thread of the spool you are going to use for your project
Take the needle you are going to use for the project
& insert the thread thru the eye of the needle
& lift one end of the thread to a 45 degree angle
& if the needle is the right size for the thread it will slide down the thread
But if the needle hangs on the thread you need one size larger needle for the thread

There are a couple possibilities.
Remove the motor cover and run the machine.
Check the tension of the motor belt. It may need to be tightened.
Check that the pulley has not broken free from the front roller by stopping the walking belt when the machine is running. If the belt stops, but the motor and pulley keep turning, the pulley has broken free from the front roller.
If this is the case, with a drill and small drill bit, drill a hole through the pulley and roller on the inside edge of the pulley, between the ribs (not where the motor belt travels) and put a screw through the plastic into the metal roller.
Otherwise, change the roller.
Good Luck.

hi,
There are two possibilities for this problem
1. Check the speed sensor on near the motor pulley. Remove the sensor and clean it and re-fix it. then make a try. if problem remains then
2. The motor speed controller is faulty. There is an IGBT for controlling the motor speed. If it get shorted the motor will run it its high speed.
Be sure before opening the treadmill remove the power.

I have just noticed the motor itself stops after few seconds and also a red light on the mother bord turns off too.
