My Brother is getting screwed by a Sun Power Solar. They installed a system over 9 months go and the system has never produced any energy. It was installed incorrectly. Who can he tell?
He still has the 500$ electricity bill that made him consider Solar power, but this solar company will not let him remove the system or provide repairs. He is stuck.

Is there a contract that was signed? There should be something- even warranty. Where does it say he can't take it down? That might be where it says something about the system having to work. That's why items come with warranties. They should cover their work. I would start by going over all the documentation, especially the fine print. Look for anything that could help.
