If you are using windows 98, means you have to install the driver individually the different part of your computer like the VGA, sound card, usb, and other attached component, you have to know the model of those parts, so that you know what kind of driver you want.

hi im wesley. ok the power and audio connecters is very simple if you look at the bottom right of the motherboard you will see you can plud them and it says the name of witch is the power and witch is audio and it doesnt realy make a difference witch way you put them in just as long as they are on the right pins. the usb might be a little more tricky unless it says witch connecter is the usb 1&2 then its the same as the power led but if you dont come right i will try to get a diagram for you or draw one up but it might not be as accurate tho as i do not own a asus motherboard but i will do my best.

I don't see an internal Firewire connector, but you can buy a card for one.
