How do i reset when desabled

My ipod is disabled and I wont come back on how do I get it to work again

You are going to need a computer with the latest version of iTunes on it and unfortunately this will fully erase all data on the device Its called Forced Recovery.
So with the device plugged into your PC, iTunes open, if it shows up in iTunes eject it, or cancel the prompt to restore a device in recovery mode.

Hold down the Power button for 3 seconds

Without releasing the power button, also hold the Home button for 10 seconds

Without releasing the home button, release the power button and keep holding the Home button for About 20 seconds.

iTunes will detect an iPod/iPhone in recovery mode, let off button and set down device and hit RESTORE in iTunes.

My iPod has a message saying "iPod is disabled try
restore,
go to youtube and type in
"how to restore ipod touch"
You can find a step by step video(s) on how to do this

You need to put in DFU MODE, and restore your ipod touch.
Easy:
Press The Home Button + power button for 10 seconds. after 10 seconds, press only the Homme button.
And now, connect your ipod touch on itunes and press RESTORE.

My ipod wont let me in
you have to go into the screen you get when you plug your ipod in. its in itunes. once there, you have to restore your ipod (via the restore button). if that doesn't work, go to your nearest apple retail store and they can help you unlock it.

Ipod touch disabled
Try turning off your ipod, holding the home button, and plugging it in, while still holding the home button, until a picture of the ipod cable appears pointing to the itunes symbol. this will reset you ipod, and you don't need the passcode to make it usable again.
