Does the owners manual have a wiring diagram in it for the rascal 230 electric scootetr

Go to the horn and note the colours of the wires. They can go on the horn switch anyway around. Do the same for the light. No wiring diagrams exist online for that model.

go google --type in schematic diagram for rascal 200 mobility scooter and if there is one you will see it as a pdf version download

Check the multi pin connector on tiller and where it connects under the seat between the batteries. Most common problem.

hi, firstly what controller is fitted (curtis) ? then i can give you a ideal controller wiring schematic but you won't get hold of a Rascal one..

The manual says if all LEDs are flashing quickly, it's detected a fault, and has info about the flash codes in the Diagnostics section of the manual, which can be found here...

Electric Mobility, the manufacturer, in my experience will not provide one to you.

Your garage mate unit was made to operate on 120 volts. That one reason there is nothing in the owners manual. To convert it my be costly.First your electric motor must be able to handle 220 volts. you will need to look on the motor tag and see if it has 120v/230v. if not you will have to purchase a new motor that will handle 220/230 volts.If your motor will handle 220/230/volts you need to look at the the wiring diagram attached to the motor. you then will need to purchase a 220 v plug and outlet and correct wire size to install.
