Go t Ace hardware take your old bolt they'll probably have a bolt the same size, otherwise you'll need to contact the manufacturer of the item, Electric Strider, Call 1-800-555-1212 and ask for the 800 number of the company of manufacture... There should be a plate on strider with name of company of production.. May even have phone number on plate and possibly web site..

hi, Has it got wet ? If so water collects at the bottom of the switches making a connection, to fix carefully remove the base of the switch and dry, beware here will be a lttle string in there plus bits of plastic... so beware... Regards www.gewizrepairs.co.uk
