That high a voltage MIGHT indicate the output tubes are NOT loading the supply enough. You don't mention the voltages andthe tubes used in the unit. I have a schematic for a AH100 but I don't know if it is close to your unit. That schematic shows four output tubes.
Remember if you put matched tubesas pairs, the pairs need to be on opposite sides of the output transformer.
I need more info than just the outdoor unit number. The air handler will be a specific number. If you pull the access panel off the heater, there will be a faceplate inside with the unit name and model number as well as a schematic on the back side of the door.
Black wire goes to contactor. On your capacitor the brown wire goes on one side the blue and the other wire from your contactor goes on the other sideof the capacitor. Russ
