My new dog is 2yo female she keeps eating the hard cat food will it hurt her many thanks

Shouldn't hurt her but still, not dog food. Put your cat food where the dog can't get to it.

What are little almost microscopic bus that are drawn to water and I think came from a bag of dry cat food

Don't know what they are, but when cat and some dog food get wet, it is gruesome what grows! Mine grew pink small little worms. Try and either make your own dog/cat food or buy the top brands.also write to the manufacturer and if possible, send a picture. Better brands are more expensive for a reason - they are made from quality ingredients and don't grow ugly things when have been sitting. Throw out the dog's leftover moist food after each meal . If you leave food down for free choice eating, leave only dry food down.

Problems with dogs eating cat food

The following is advice from the ASPCA
Cat food is higher in protein and fat, which may make it very palatable to dogs, but if you continue to feed your dog only cat food, over time you'll begin to see nutritional imbalances. It's also possible to see gastrointestinal issues, such as vomiting and diarrhea, in dogs who continually eat cat food.

My dog eats its food way too fast. Is there a specific kind of bowl that can make it eat more slowly?

There are the slow-down eating bowls that slow down the dog's eating. The bowl's design doesn't allow the dogs to eat their food quickly. It includes both narrow areas and obstacles. Look at this link to see how these types of bowls look like: http://0.tqn.com/d/petsupplies/1/0/1/3/-/-/b1.jpg
