Try visiting your local verizon dealer for one. I've seen used cell phones at places like GameStop, but flip phones don't survive very long.

Hello, Verizon has to repair your phone for you!!! I had the same exact problem and they said it was a defective part and that they would fix it... Just go into the store and tel them they have to because it is a known default. I just had to get mad. After i did that i got alot more help. Good luck!!!

Most older phones don't have wifi build in, because they don't have any usage for it. They can't install apps to browse or use the Internet. No model number here, makes it impossible to chech the specs from your phone.

You need to press and hold the End button to turn the phone on and off. This is the button on the lower left of the arrow and OK keys.
