Hello,

The blinking light usually means the battery is dead and can't power on the laptop. If the charger is bad and won't charge the battery you will have that type of error. Get a multitester and check the voltage coming from the ac adapter. Put the meter on voltage, now put the red lead on the center pin and the black lead to the outside metal contact. You should get a reading of 18 to about 26 volts. My guess is the adapter has a short and can't power the unit. You should be able to get a replacement adapter from Ebay.com

I hope my solution works, If so please rate my solution.

Fujistsu T4215 no POST, numlock blinks

You need to send it to Memphis, Tn for a factory reset, call the Fujitsu 800 number on there web site and have your serial number handy.

Don't disassemble a Fujitsu!! Ever!
They automatically lockup as a security precaution, aren't you glad you saved some money?

NO POWER ON

Try removing the battery and power cable then holding down the power button for 10 seconds. Reconnect the battery and power cable then press power again to turn on. It's usually a hibernation problem. Some newer toshibas also had a motherboard problem. I'd look up your model on the support section of www.toshiba.com and see if there is an updated motherboard driver install for your make.
