The serial number can either be found on the back of the device, or can also be found in the android settings. to get to the serial in the android settings:

1. Touch the settings app.
2. Touch the System Settings option.
3. Touch the Device Information option.
4. In there there should be a list of device information including the serial number.

Archos have their own version of apps store which has a limited selection of APPS. There are customised updates that will give you access to other apps you can find by searching the internet but they come with some risk......

pls let me know where do u live,,you need 5volt 2 ampere adaptor,,u may use 2-5 ampere also,,volts should be =5 volts,,,u can charge ur note with laptop usb connector also,,,or u can find this adaptor on amazon.com,,,ali express,,,or any other as per ur area

You would have to hard reset it, contact Archos tech support who should be able to advise how to reset the device (this would mean losing all data).
