How do i trace purchases in the last 6 months,my account apparently has no record, and there are lots?

Go to side of last six month there arrow it will pop year or two years

Fixya cannot show you the list... this is something you have to access from your personal account..no one on here has access to your personal information!! AND - NO ONE on here needs to know ANYTHING about YOUR personal info!!!!!

Sign in to your amazon account. On the right side of site at the top there it should say Hi (your name) the menu drops down. Select orders, click on orders, it takes you to a new screen on the tab then that says - example 0 orders in past 6 months tab, you can click on that tab to view 2016, 2015, 2014 etc orders. so even if you have no orders in the last 6 months you can view any year down to 2005 or possibly when opened your amazon account.

If you have only purchased it in the last 6 months it should still be under warranty and therefore covered by Technics. Don't do anything to it yourself and contact them.

depending on the email service, if an account goes inactive for a while(usually around 6 months) then it's deleted from active access. try [email protected] and maybe they can trace it through your id or name

the site must have deleted your account since you've been idle for a very long period of time.that could be possible..i suggest you should create another account.thank you..

If it is not the bulbs (which is possible) you will have to trace the wiring to see where you are loosing power. We have replaced 3 Central Electric Modules (CEM) in the last 6 months. If you need a wiring diagram, let me know.
