I have a solution to my problem. Go into Control Panel/Regional and Language Options/Advanced/Select English (Australia) in the non-unicode program window/then untick all languages in the code page conversion except (as in my case 20127 (US-ASCII)/ click OK.
For other countries select your language in the non-unicode programs and untick all that apply in the code page conversion tables except the one that applies to you.
I hope you can work this out.

Time for the proverbial mother board fix. The "UART" on the main board is not properly decoding the info from your keystroke input. The fix is going to be a trip to the puter repair center...accordianman

Hi I have a Logitech EX110 keyboard ... I would like to know the short cut keys for the Euro and Pound sign

For the € sign it should be AltGr + 4

I'm assuming that pound means £ (GBP) and not #...... Do you have the £ sign on the number 2 key? If you do and your just not getting the £ symbol when pressing Shift + 2 then you probably have the keyboard set to the wrong language.

In control panel look for Region and Language settings, in there should be keyboard languages. In that section make sure that you have the correct one selected for your keyboard.

    Thanks

My shift 2 is not working right to type in my email address instead of at i get this "

Your keyboard may have gotten switched to UK English setting. Whatever key you see the " on, try holding down Shift and hitting that key. I wouldn't be surprised if @ shows up.

As a last resort, open Microsoft Word, go to Insert>Symbols and open and copy the @ symbol there to a text doc on your desktop and you can paste it in until you get a new keyboard or change the settings.

@ appears when pressing shift 2

    In american keyboard shift+2 is @, latin-american keyboard shift+2 is ".
Im guessing ur problem is the language setup of ur keyboard, depending on ur OS, go to control panel, Clock, Language and Region, Change keyboard or other input methods, Change keyboards and there u got to add urs :D,
Sometimes it switches back to english, so if u want to make sure it doesnt happen, after u add ur keyboard language, remove the other one that u dont need.

    Keyboard Problem

Holding down the right-side SHIFT key has activated the "Sticky Keys" feature in Windows -- designed for physically-handicapped people who cannot press more than one key at a time.

Access CONTROL PANEL and disable this "Accessibility Option".

Logitech keyboard F Lock works but nothing else Connectivity?

Reply to this issue from Logitech Tech Support:
Thank you for contacting Logitech Technical Support. My name is Susan and I will be assisting you with Incident # xxxxxx-xxxxxx .

I understand that the keys on your keyboard are not responding except the F lock key and the battery indicator key. Please correct me if I misunderstood you.

It appears that your keyboard might be encrypted during first installation.

To try and resolve this issue, I would like you to try and decrypt your keyboard. You can refer to the steps below on how to do this:

    1. Press Ctrl + Alt +F12 key on the keyboard.
    2. Press the Connect button on the receiver.
    3. Press the Connect button underneath the keyboard.
    4. Press the ESC key on the keyboard.

Once you have performed the steps above, test the keyboard in simple text applications such as Notepad or MS words to verify if the problem persists.

Additionally, you can try the following steps should the steps above was unable to resolve this incident:

    a. Press the Connect button on the receiver for 10 seconds.
    b. Wait for 20 seconds and then press the Connect button on the receiver again. Press the Connect button on the mouse.
    c. Insert fresh new batteries back into the keyboard.
    d. Press the Connect button on the receiver.
    e. Press the Connect button on the keyboard.

This would help to isolate the cause of the incident that you are experiencing.

If this does not address your question, please update this incident, describing the results after following my suggestions. Or, if you prefer, you can contact us directly by the phone numbers listed below.

    Thank you for choosing Logitech.

    Sincerely,

    Susan

    The@sign

I had the same problem. When I pressed shift and that comma key I got a " instead of a @.

I looked to see what on the leyboard you normally press to get a " and that's the number 2 key.

Tried pressing shift and the 2 key and hey presto, I got a @.

So it looks like @ and " have swapped places.

    So shift and 2 for a @!
