Go to the manufactureres web site look for the Register a product menu. I cant tell you any more as you did not state who makes you product.

It really doesn't matter that you put the wrong store on the registration. You don't even need to register a product as long as you keep your sales receipt to prove the purchase date. Registering just provides a record for the product maker and they use the information for marketing. I'd suggest making sure you keep the receipt somewhere so you'll be able to find it easily if warranty service is ever needed. (I keep receipts and manuals together in a file cabinet along with other papers.)
