This is a great vacuum but I need help with an electrical problem. The lower electrics that run the beater bar assembly keeps falling short of working unless I lit it away and tamper with the connectors to start it going again...
Thanks Joe

Motor is jammed or burnt out,is there a burning electrical smell?,if there is,and the belt on the motor turns freely by hand , then the motor is burnt out.
SOURCE: Shark cordless sweeper making loud noise s When in use only 1eek old
Did you check the bottom of the sweeper to make sure you didn't pick up a rock or pieces of a toy or ect.... That might had gotten stuck in the sweeper. If it's not that! 1week old, you might consider exchanging it for another.
