I was working on my laptop last night. When battery went down to 10%, i plugged in the AC power to charge batteries. But as soon as i plugged in, the screen went blank. So i thought that it went into hibernating mode. I tried to turn the laptop back on again. but it didn't turn. And also when the computer is plugged in with adapter, it doesn't show the orange light that it's charging.
I removed the battery and tried turning it on but i didn't work.
I don't know what's the problem.
Can somone help me? I would really appreciate it.

It sounds like one of the most frequent failure for a laptop, the plug on the back of your laptop is probably broken. Check if it's loose, try to move the plug until you get the orange light. If it's the case, someone need to resolder/replace the plug on the motherboard.

my computer just wont turn on for the same reason. the power light only flashes on three times.
While using my computer the other day it just said it was going into hibernation mode I tried to turn it back on nothing happened. I was to told to unplug it and take out the battery for a couple of hours. Tried this no avail replaced the power cord nothing happened . What else could it be It,s only about a year old. Thanks
