My model number: PMID921X (4GB) my problem is that the charger, made by Powerline has a voltage selector with options of 3V to 12v, and an usb option. And on the side is a switch for + - and - +. I have no manual. What selections should I make? I live in Alabama, USA, btw. Thank you for your help
SOURCE: Menu Selection does not work
I had the same problem with the same player for some DVDs. Fortunately, for me, there is a solution that has worked 100% of the time.
I am assuming you are probably setting the DVD player to upconvert to 1080 i or p. What you need to do is go to DVD setup and change the resolution back to standard def (480i) just for the menus. The menus will now work properly. Once the movie starts you can switch it back to 1080i/p with no problem.
