This type of behavior usually results from pushing on the screen too hard or "tapping" too hard.

The lcd screen in the device will need replaced to fix this issue.

Try another regular screen to see if it does the same thing and letme know :)

Sir use a hard cardboard and press it hard with that and then push those bubbles to the nearer side of that paper it will remove that bubbles otherwise replace it with a new one .

If you can see a heat or moisture bubble underneath the screen's plastic protection cover then that is probably the problem. I used my fingernail to lift the plastic screen cover enough to get air underneath and the bubble collapsed. After that the touch screen worked again. You may need to push the bubble to one side of the plastic near an edge of the screen if possible. I wish I had known all this before I paid to get a new phone sent to me. I went to the Sprint store and called HTC and they were no help. You would think they had seen this happen before.

check the settings of the touch screen.. because maybe you just turn it off..
