What is the error 10-fc12-0003

It is a Roku vs TV interpreation of HDMI. IMO it is Roku being too protective. No other box in the house has a problem with any of TVs or cables. New cables did nothing and the cables were the latest and gold plated. Reboot the Roku and it works....for a while until it comes back.

A choice; Uninstall the webcam and reinstall with newer drivers or
Try this;

Click start, run, type msconfig and click ok.

On the 'General' tab, tick 'Selective Startup'.

On the 'Startup' tab, uncheck all except your antivirus programs.

Click apply, click ok, and reboot when prompted. When the System configuration utility dialog box appears on restart, put a check in the box to not show this again, and click ok.

If this stops the error message, go back to msconfig and recheck half the startup items. Click apply, ok, and reboot. If the message comes back, you'll know that one of the items you rechecked is causing the issue. Continue this way until you isolate the program that causes the message.

One of the easiest fixes for signal issues is to reset the receiver box (Unplug the power cord for 10 seconds, then let it reboot). You might want to check all the cable connections from where the Satellite comes into the room and up to the receiver box. What ever computer you have, you need to update your BIOS to the latest version. Then reboot the computer and try burning another disc and see if the same message come up.

Also try a different brand of blank discs as well. That would cause that message to come up as well.

Sorry you are having this problem. Sounds like the program itself has become damaged. If these links don't help, try running check disk. This will fix file errors. Not one hundred percent, but it is worth the effort.

Click on My Computer, or for Vista machines Computer. Right click on Main Drive C: select properties from the drop down list.

Under the Tools tab, there are three group boxes. The first is for error checking. Click Check Now button, what this dialog box wants to know is what test you'd like to run. Place a check in the Automatically fix errors box and click start. After clicking start a message box will be displayed telling you that you will need to schedule a error checking runtime event, and that it will commence once you reboot your machine. Click schedule. Then reboot machine.

Start > Shut Down > Restart

Try rebooting the system. Because you tried to dial the ASA extension, it gave you that error. See if just rebooting the processor gets rid of it.

Since TV is showing an image I would suspect the cable/sat box. Try rebooting box again, unplug or hold power button in for 5-8 seconds, be patient and allow several minutes to allow box to reset. If no fix call your provider to resend the signal, or arrange to have box replaced.

boot your pc then follow the steps
start-run-msonfig(type in run command box then hit enter) in msconfig dialog box go to startup-disable all then click apply then click ok reboot,it will take some to reboot, then a message come just clik ok.
when your pc reboot again you restart now you check if the problem is solved

Reboot system in safe mode. It will ask to restore to previous restore point. Try to select restore point before you have installed windows media player 10. Reboot the pc and then try to install media player 10. It will be better if you run scandisk to fix file system errors. Or you can use any tools for fixing file system & windows system registery error like System Mechanic, Symantec Windoctor.
