Chromo tablet please tell me how to get back to factory specifications.

Do a factory reset . If you don't know how to do it go to you tube and enter in the search box how do I do a factory reset , or how do I reset email & password combo .

When you selected forget it erases the SSID and password you entered to connect initially so you will have to re- enter the info to reconnect!

Factory reset! Turn off, Press power and volume together, select factory reset!

You can't put letters on the number pad but you can change your password to be made up of letters. You do this by going to settings, security, then at the top of the page it will say number pad or something, you click on that, then follow the instructions.

Odd, but try this: Some tablets do not fully shut down, even though the screen goes blank. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds, wait 15 seconds, and then try again to power up (hold power button for 3-5 seconds). Wait patiently for the power up, as power after factory reset may take longer than a 'typical' start-up. Good luck!
