Your nozzle could be plugged or partially plugged. Also, try running it with the high pressure hose taken off to flush the pump.

SOURCE: pressure washer lost pressure in the middle of a job

The pressure valve has stuck in the high pressure position. This prevents anymore inflow and hence no further water will be pumped.

Rebuild the valve... There are O Rings to replace and clean the bore with croocus cloth. Lube the O rings with plumber's grease... good as new! 15 minute job. Get EXACT sized O rings for the unit.

I lost my manual ,how to start the pressure washer

Check gas and oil. With water OFF, pull out choke on washer. Pull the start cord until it starts. Let run for about 20 seconds. Push in choke. Turn on water. Bleed wand line. Insert desired tip. You should be good to go now.

Moter chokes down when begin to use washer.

Take the filter off the top of carburetor and clean with varsol. Squeeze all excess out before replacing. You could also add a couple drops of oil to the filter. let us know

It starts with proper pressure, but if you let off on the trigger it won't start up again.

Try adjusting the choke. If you are at an altitude above 1,000 feet or the temp is above normal, the choke setting could be the problem and may need to be set to provide a lean mixture under these conditions.

When pull the cord and the chock is on it starts but stops right a way

Hi,
Often times in warm weather you may only need to have it half choked or you may not even need any choke...experiment to see how much you need to get it to start and run...

White smoke. when it won't start, raw gas comes out of the exhaust GS190 honda Karcher 3000 PSI

Sounds like it's flooded. Close the throttle and open the choke if equipped. Pull it through a few times and then open the throttle a bit.

Make sure that the choke link is intact, so when you push in the choke it actually does it. I hope this helps. Good Luck and have a great day.

Won't start, can't remember starting procedures and dont have manual

Make sure the fuel valve is on. Generally that means pointing down inless there is a diagram on it.

Turn the switch on.

Pull the choke on the carbuerator on full. There will be a picture of a butterfly valve set it so that it is closed. Pull the cord till the engine fires. let it sputter for a second, then open the choke. If the engine dies right away, do all of the above again but once it fires, only open the choke half way. once it warms up a bit open the choke completely.
